By submitting an online application, you agree to the following:

I hereby release all sponsoring organizations and individuals affiliated with Handmade Hopewell, as well as the Borough of Hopewell from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damage arising out of my participation in this show. If accepted, Handmade Hopewell has my permission to reproduce my artwork through the images I have submitted for the purpose of promoting, advertising and marketing their show. I agree to abide by all payment and cancellation schedules.

• Please ensure to submit your application fee along with your application form. We will not review your application if we do not receive the application fee by the deadline.
• Please submit 3 high-quality images of the type of work you will be selling and 1 image of your booth set-up. The application form accepts up to 10MB. If you exceed this maximum, please email images to hello@handmadehopewell.com
• Booth shares will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Each artist is responsible for submitting an application and paying their individual application and booth fees. Both artists must be accepted to the show in order to share and both artists must be present the day of the event.
• All work must be original in concept and be created by the accepted applicant. All work must be made in the USA. Participants may only exhibit the type and quality of work shown in their supplied images. Each booth may only display work from the juried artist, unless a booth share has been previously approved.
• Not accepted are items embellished or made from commercially available kits, plans, patterns, imports, factory-made or assembled items. 
• Cancellation must be made in writing. No refund will be given once accepted into the show. 
• Vendors are responsible for collecting 6.625% NJ Sales & Use Tax and are expected to comply with all revenue and tax laws, including obtaining any required certificates.
